Customers Fault Description : BLACK LEAD ADRIFT FROM BATTERY HOLDER

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

THis Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Warrington and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

Please note that the customers supplied battery is down at 7 volts and will need replacing by the customer.
