Bose 321 series 111 Remote Repair Details

Model : 321 series 111

Customers Fault Description : Remote not responding or controlling my Bose entertainment audio system even after changing the batteries.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Bose remote control arrived safely from Essex and on testing was found to transmit an infrared signal on each button press as per normal.

The remote was opened to check for defects but other than signs of a mild battery leak (see image) no issue could be found / replicated.

The code being transmitted was tested as correct.

This item has been classed as no fault found. 

Please net that the RED led doesn not illuminate on each button press, this does not effect the transmission.
