Focal Point Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Focal Point

Customers Fault Description : The buttons on the remote have come off, but the circuit board is still there so it just needs new buttons adding to it or a new remote frame so the sensors on the motherboard can be touched

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

this Focal Point remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged button facia, these are not available as spares.

After talking to the customer it was decided to create a clone, please see an image below for an image of the clone.  This is priced at the same price of what a repair plus postage would have been (£26 in total)
