MotoCaddy M7 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : This model is not the rechargeable one, it seems to have a short, tried new batteries, green light stays on and batteries get hot

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Golf trolley remote control arrived safely from Lincoln and on testing was confirmed to be transmitting without a button being pressed.

When the ribbon cable was disconnected the issue was cleared with no power draw being found.  This led to the diagnosis that there is a short within the button facia itself.  These button facias are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible. 

This item was disposed of 6th Aug 2024 as per the sites terms
