Customer's Fault Description
Working correctly apart from 1 x button sticking. However would like to replace the coiled cable as it is breaking and freying.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These 4 Setea recliner remote controls arrived safely and on inspection all 4 remotes have badly damaged cables and also faulty buttons.
Replacement cables were ordered and fitted (unfortunately there was a delay as we had to place 3 orders for the replacement cables as the first two were either oversized plugs or shorter cable lengths)
All buttons were replaced.
There was a power supply sent with the remotes, we cannot touch this in any way as we only deal with the remote controls.
