Philips Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Philips
Customers Fault Description : There is a loose connection, which means some keys on the remote are not registering. Especially on the main “home” key.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to have many non responsive buttons.
When opened the was a mass of liquid contamination over the entire PCB and button array.
All contaminants were cleaned which restored full functionality to all buttons.
