Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Batteries expired, some leakage, contacts cleaned but unit not working with new batteries. Remote control is fine. Model is G30 ZRRTB

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This receiver arrived safely from Shepton Mallet and on inspection unfortunately has suffered a battery leak and acid was found over parts of the PCB (see images), due to this a repair is sadly not possible.

A google search was carried out and replacement receivers are available here - https://ebay.us/OwQS1T - please check with the seller for further details.
