Hafele Loox Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The control is tempermental as I think the connection between the battery and the appliance is too loose.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This LED lighting remote control arrived safely from Elstree and on testing weas found to be functioning as per normal. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
A random test of the item was carried out over a few days again with no issue being replicated.
It is possible that the batteries used were of the wrong type. A set of Energizer batteries will be provided fitted on return
