Customers Fault Description : Battery low level warning light always on even with new battery, does not communicate with the gas fire control box due to low battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator, once replaced full functionality was restored.  The battery cable was also replaced.
