Gazco Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Unable too turn fire on with remote control
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bell Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation with our test receiver.
The control was tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
It is therefore thought that the issue is most likely with the customers receiver.
