Customer's Fault Description
The only button that works is the "up" fan speed button (successfully switches the extractor on and will increase the speed too), but light and off / down buttons not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Extractor Fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit on each button as per normal operation.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The controller was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals without an issue.
This item has been classed as no fault found. (screws were missing from back of remote on arrival)
