Customer's Fault Description
Batteries had been left in the remote and crystallized. Put new batteries in but it would not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Circulation Booster remote control arrive safely from Fleetwood and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to corroded battery terminals. The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
Remote was returned stating the that body + and - buttons were not working, the controller was tested over a 3 day period with no issues being replicated and the code being transmitted was confirmed every time as correct. Returned to customer 29th Feb
