Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Walking pad remote control arrived safely from Peterhead and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to the battery terminals being bent our of position, this happens when the battery is incorrectly inserted.
The terminals were reworked properly then when a new battery fitted full functionality was restored.
A CR2032 Battery will be supplied fitted on return, it is important that when its time to replace the battery to make a note of the position of the terminals before removing the battery otherwise the same issue can happen again.
