Customers Fault Description : Charge port has broken away from remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Tv lift remote control arrived safely from Droylsden and on inspection was confirmed to have a detached charge port and damaged print.
The print was reworked and a replacement port fitted. This restored full functionality.
It is important to only use rechargeable batteries in this item.
