VELUX Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : VELUX
Customers Fault Description : Will not operate, replaced batteries and still does not work. No light/signal from the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Integrated blind remote control arrived safely from Bolsover and on testing was found to be transmitting on the mid and bottom button but the up button wasa non responsive. This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were fitted under each of the buttons. This restored full functionality.
The LED on this remote will not illuminate as it is infra red meaning it is invisible to the human eye.
