Customer's Fault Description
All buttons light up but I noticed the cable is damaged I have taken the remote apart and cleaned the pads with an electrical cleaner but buttons still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely from Warwick and on inspecito nwas foudn ot have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
