BLACK WIRE DISCONNECTED FROM - BATTERY CONNECION. IN ADDITION, I DROPPED THE HANDESET WHICH CAME APART BUT ALL PARTS DO NOT APPEAR TO BE DAMAGED.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Greenock and on inspectio nwas totally dismantled on arrival and the battery cover was missing (we cannot supply replacement battery covers as spares are not available)

The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
