Flame Rite Fires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Flame Rite Fires
Customers Fault Description : Previously remote has worked, then intermittently and now not cone ting with the fire at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
Ths Fire remote control arrived safely from Billingham and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press. The remote was tested to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being found.
The customer is to ensure that the remotes battery is a 12Volt battery and is fully charged on return. If the dial on the back of the remote has been moved then the customer will need to re-pair the remote with the fire by moving the dial around one step at a time and testing the buttons on each step.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
