Customers Fault Description : Fresh batteries, simply doesn't work, checked IR using phone camera, no flash?

This Toy parrot remote control arrived safely from Doncaster and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening the issue was found to be a fuse wire that was blown, a replacement wire was fitted which restored full functionality to all buttons.
