Customer's Fault Description
Remote works intermittantly, appears to lose its signal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sony remote control arrived safely form Hull and on testing was found to have intermittent button response.
On opening unfortunately the entire PCB / button array was covered in liquid contaminations.
This was cleaned up as best as possible but it has dissolved the glued that hold the button array to the PCB.
The responsiveness has been increased but as it cannot be determined how long this will last we are not classing it as repaired.
