Customer's Fault Description
Remote controller no longer working. Tested according to manufacturer's instructions which indicated the transmitter was not functioning. New batteries have been fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dimplex remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested and confirmed to be correct.
The handset was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals wit no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
