Customers Fault Description : sometimes door wont open and green light not on can happen with both buttons randomly

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This garage fob remote control arrived safely from Stocksfield and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
