Customer's Fault Description
Does not work. ? corroded battery terminals but I have tried to clean them. I have unsuccessfully tried to open the case, hopefully I have not damaged it further.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Ashford and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was a crack in the print on one of the terminals, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
