Sherborne Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Sherborne

Customers Fault Description : originally intermittent fault on remote depending on degree of flex applied to cable where it enters controller, now won't illuminate or operate chair motors. Transformer operating normally.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This 5 button remote control for rise and tilt chair arrived safely from Worcestershire and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable at the remote entry point with 3 cores being open circuit.

The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks.
