Customer's Fault Description
Remote won't turn on. Think the problem is the on button on the right and the button above is difficult to tur on. No 100% on the button above as can't recall for sure if that particular button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Hebburn and on testing was found to not respond to its twin power button press.
On opening the button contacts were found to be contaminated due to decomposing conductive pads. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants then replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the main buttons.
Full functionality was restored.
