Customers Fault Description : Won’t turn on fire It might not be the remote!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire remote control arrived safely from Chesham and on testing the top 2 buttons were very sluggish in response with one of them looking to have contamination within it.
All 4 buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
