Customer's Fault Description
When I press both the middle buttons to turn on and activate the device there is a delay. So the buttons maybe sticking. After further investigation the 9v battery connector has snapped off from the circuit board. When I reattached I got no power.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor Mover Handset arrived safely from Hampshire and on inspection the battery cover was a modded version and the battery cable was detached.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
An original battery cover was fitted as a spare was found in the workshop.
