Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesn't work at all. The program of the trainer cannot be changed without the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Defibrillator trainer remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have 4 non functioning buttons.
On opening there was a large mass of corrosion in the print, this was reworked which restored functionality to all but one button the canter button that depicts a spanner. Due to the amount of damage and that its double sided print a complete repair is sadly not possible.
