Customers Fault Description : No buttons working despite battery changes - led not lighting either and it used to.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Beaminster and on testing was confirmed to be dead. This was due toa faulty battery cable.
Once the cable was replaced full functionality weas restored.
