Customer's Fault Description
The batteries leaked inside the remote and I have cleaned it out and replaced the batteries but it still won’t work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This In-Car DVD remote control arrived safely from Lightwater and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was corrosion on the connection points for the PCB to Terminals. The corrosion was cleared and then the connections reconductivised. Full functionality was restored.
