Customer's Fault Description
All buttons not functional except Standby, Vol (-), and Mute. Physical button on the Linn Classik all operational so this implies remote control issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Audio (CD player, amp, tuner) remote control arrived safely from Royston and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened the IR LED was found to have dry solder joints.  The solder weas reworked which restored full functionality.
