Customer's Fault Description
The power button seems to be not working so I can not use my motor mover, I’m not 100% sure if it is that but that’s what the manufacturer said on the technical helpline please can it be checked and repaired and if carnt be fixed can you make a new remote?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor mover single axle remote control arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery terminals was found to have collapsed inside the remote case making powering up not possible.
The remote was opened and the terminals reworked. When reassembled the remote was then found to power up from its double power button press every time.
