BSSB Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : BSSB

Customers Fault Description : Charging ok but no buttons working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Tv bed remote control arrived safely from Glasgow and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning buttons.

This was due to a corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit to the button array.

The print was reworked which restored full functionality.

Please note its important to only use rechargeable batteries in this item or it will not work.
