Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons work even with a new battert
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Radio remote control arrived safely from Earle and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The control was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with not issue being replicated.
It could be that the battery used was dead / incorrect, this remote requires a CR2025, it is best to use a brand such as Eveready. Failing that it could be the receiver itself that is at fault.
