Customers Fault Description : Remote won't work, after installing new battery

This TV remote control arrived safely from Great Yarmouth and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

When opened this was found to be caused by corrosion spots in the print caused by water ingress.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
