Musical Fidelity A Series System Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Intermittent issues on CD SEARCH, CD Track, and amplifier Volume Up & Down buttons, but please check the others !
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Amplifier/CD/Tuner remote control arrived safely and on inspection there were small chips in the case backing on one side.
On testing many of the buttons were non responsive. This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
