Customer's Fault Description
THE FIRE IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE REMOTE CONTROL COMMANDS, BUT THE FIRE WORKS WHENEVER THE MANUAL BUTTON IS PUSHED ON THE FIRE ITSELF.
I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL REPLACEMENT BATTERIES BUT IT STILL DOES NOT OPERATE THE FIRE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor remote control arrived safely from Cornwall and on testing was found to transmit on each button press as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested as correct. The remote was then tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no issue being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be either the customers batteries used or the receiver part of the heater itself.
