Customers Fault Description : Dropped remote and broken can’t get it to work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Miele overhead fan remote control arrived safely from Pudsey and on inspection the mounting holes for the back case were broken internally and the battery terminals were deformed making the item intermittent in power.

The terminals were reworked which restored full functionality and then a replacement back case was fitted.
