Customer's Fault Description
Two small buttons missing from the remote and faulty wiring.
I understand from our conversation you have spare parts that may fit .
The fire is still receiving a connection when wire touches the battery so fingers crossed. Would be great if I could get the fire working again 🙂
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on inspection was found to have missing buttons and tape residue all over the case. The battery cable was found to also be broken. The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
The buttons were then replaced and the case cleaned.
