Royal cozyfire Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Royal cozyfire
Customers Fault Description : Unsure, new battery wont make it work. Maybe microchip battery or connecters to AAA battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The control was then tested randomly over a 3 day period with n o issues being replicated.
Its important to note that on this remote none of the three buttons on the right hand side of the controller will work unless you press and hold the button labelled "Power" at the same time (this is a safety feature).
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct for each button. This remote has been classed as no fault found.
