Customer's Fault Description
The white 'CLOSE' button has stopped working. I also use the 'RECLINE' and 'HEAT' buttons are becoming intermittant. Please could you fix all three buttons. Thank you. (You previously fixed the remote in Dec 2020 and it has worked fine since then)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have contaminated button contacts. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and the rest of the remote / cable tested as ok.
Replacement conductive pads were also glued into place on the effected buttons as a precaution.
