Customer's Fault Description
Red led lights up upon pressing buttons but plate detectors don’t work, has been working perfectly fine until one day I picked it off it base and all 4 led’s were flashing, then stopped and it hasn’t worked since, does it need reprogramming?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Bromsgrove and on testing was found to be transmitting as strong RF signal on each button press as per normal.
The control was tested over a few hours at random intervals without and issue being replicated.
It is possible that the receiver is at fault or it may be that the remote needs pairing with the receiver (this is something we cannot do remotely)
