Customer's Fault Description
I I'm sending 2 teac Rc1275 remote controls because they don't work a I would be much appreciated if you could fix both remote controls.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Teac remote control arrived safely from Northern Ireland and on inspection one was transmitting but the number 12 button was missing and the skip forward button was loose in its housing.
The missing button was replaced and the skip button siliconed firmly into position, this restored full functionality to the first remote.
The second remote was found to not transmit at all, when opened there was signs of corrosion in the print was an apparent battery leak. The print was reworked but the dead issue remained. It was then found that the oscillator was faulty, once replaced full functionality was restored.
The code being transmitted on both remotes were confirmed to be equal and correct.
