The plastic around the connecting wire has unravelled exactly as shown on your website photograph. I am hoping that if this is replaced the chair will work again
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dual Lift chair control arrived safely from Hampstead and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.  A replacement straight cable was fitted and the rest of the remote was tested as ok.
