DCI Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : both are not working also new lead

These two electric recliner chair remote controls arrived safely and on inspection one was found to have a damaged cable. We can fit a straight cable on this remote but when testing the other remote we could not find an issue.
A straight cable was fitted to the damaged cabled remote. The payment on this page is for the repair to one remote, the other has been classed as no fault found.
