Ultrassage Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Ultrassage

Customers Fault Description : Down button not working Up button intermittent. On top half of bed.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely from Cardiff and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available).  On testing one of the buttons was found to have collapsed and intermittent.  All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
