Customers Fault Description : Battery connector loose and screen not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely from Perth and on inspection was confirmed to have a detached battery terminal.

The terminal was soldered firmly back into position.  This restored full functionality.
