Customer's Fault Description
Nothing working on the remote as though the batteries were done but we’ve replaced them and no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Heater remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.  The battery terminals were found to have suffered corrosion from a battery leak and also the button contacts were worn.

The terminals were replaced and replacement conductive pads glued under each of the buttons.

Full functionality was restored.
