Customer's Fault Description
Turns fire on and increases flame ok, will not turn flames down or off
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to transmit on the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40khz oscillator. The oscillator was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
