Customer's Fault Description
Of the four buttons three light up but the button adjacent to indicator light does not. This is the one which should open the door
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door clicker arrived safely from Waterlooville and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish top button response.
When opened the alignment of the button pads had shifted making a poor connection, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
The batteries were also found to be low. Replacement Eveready batteries were fitted in place of the low voltage ones.
