PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Of the four buttons three light up but the button adjacent to indicator light does not. This is the one which should open the door
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Garage door clicker arrived safely from Waterlooville and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish top button response.
When opened the alignment of the button pads had shifted making a poor connection, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
The batteries were also found to be low. Replacement Eveready batteries were fitted in place of the low voltage ones.
